We offer classes for every level and interest.

Our studio and small class sizes allow you to get the individual attention you need.

All classes are first-come, first-served basis.

Class flow works best if you arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your class so you are ready to rock it!!!

Sign-In

1) Visit our online Schedule using this website or the MindBODY app.

2) Choose the class and time you wish to attend.

3) Members are encouraged to sign in 12 hours prior to class.

 
 

BarreSurvival

A blend of barre style movements mixed with cardio bursts to lengthen, sculpt, and tone all over.   This fast-paced cardio-style barre incorporates bumping beats and vibes to survive the signature barre burn.  Music and moves from the soul will enhance the POURING of sweat for you in this amazing class.

BodyCore

A low impact, fusion of dance & Pilates inspired moves set to the beat of the music. A total body workout with added emphasis on core work and flexibility. Easy on the joints but high on intensity and results. This class will use Pilates balls, light hand weights, bands, and stamina!

Boxing

Join Doc Barron for a 1 hour, full body, heart pumping, traditional Boxing workout

All levels welcome - No previous training required

This class has it all. Work through a variety of boxing basics and fundamentals, stations, mitt work, heavy bag work, strength and conditioning circuits, partner work, shadow boxing, and so much more.

Bootcamp

One hour of heart pumping strength intervals mixed with high intensity cardio exercises. This class has it all

Test your limits with PulsePNW signature strength building and endurance challenging combos.  Work through a variety of timed station intervals, cardio conditioning drills, core workouts, and more.   ADD in your choice of low impact/or high impact cardio options - running, jogging, biking, jumping rope, .. you name it… for the BEST of both worlds for your daily workouts  This camp includes a lot of challenges, outdoor runs (weather depending), sprints (at your pace) and more in an open gym setting.

Personal check ins, nutrition guidance, and homework available.

CardioSHRED

This CARDIO focused class mixes high intensity cardio conditioning with light weights, body weighted exercises, and props galore!! These intervals are sure to test your ENDURANCE while you vibe to the beat of the music and SHRED that body. You choose your cardio options - low impact or high impact… it’s YOUR workout. There is something for everyone!!! Fun and fast-paced interval class to maximize your calorie burn!! Modifications for ALL levels.

PulseLIFT

Twenty-five minute express weight lifting class – We combine weights with low impact exercises to build strength according to YOUR OWN body type and goals. Challenging, heavy weights and low reps with added focus on form and resistance. Build that muscle to burn fat and improve overall performance. A full body, low impact workout. Modifications for all levels

Open Gym

Enjoy all facility materials and resources– includes all equipment, machines, weights, PulsePNW Workouts of the Day (PWOD), & professional instructors on hand for support. Open to you and your family members to use as you need - certain restrictions apply.

Sometimes personal training or small, private group fitness classes may be in session during your OPEN GYM time, in this case 1st priority of resources & equipment will go to the class in session – Feel free to use whatever resources remain available.
