Emily
Emily is the owner of PulsePNW and an ACE certified group fitness instructor. As a long time fitness enthusiast and mom of three, Emily understands how hard it can be to balance the chaos of life and still carve of time to reach those fitness goals.
In 2015, after the birth of her third child and husband simultaneously leaving on deployment, time for herself seemed obsolete. Weeks had turned into months of Emily making EVERY excuse in the book for why she could NOT fit in even the simplest, daily workout. Fed up, tired, and drained she knew her mindset had to drastically change. Fitness had to become a non negotiable part of her day. It had to become as vital as eating, sleeping, even breathing!! But how?
She decided to make the change and invest in classes that offered personal connection, support, and accountability. These classes were intense, hard work but Emily loved the challenge. The supportive community and team were an added bonus. Overtime, she began to feel more energized, accomplished, healthier, and happier.
Emily wants you to feel the same love, support, and energy. Achieve that happier, healthier, stronger you one step at a time. Emily will guide you toward whatever goal you are reaching for with her fresh, innovative, fitness classes - sure to keep you guessing. Her motivation and passion for what she does is contagious.
PS FOLKS - Its not all rainbows and butterflies - You bring that hard work and grit… and let Emily do the rest!!
